- This Return/Refund Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions available on our Site and in the event of any inconsistency hereof with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall override.
- All refunds and returns are at Our and our Distributor’s sole discretion and by purchasing Products from Us, you unequivocally consent to the same.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect Your order upon delivery and contact Us immediately if the Product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong Product, so that we can evaluate the issue.
- We have a 30day return policy, which means You have 30 days after receiving Your Product within which period you must request for a return under this policy.
- To be eligible for a return, Your Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Providing with Your email the above details in Clause 5. If Your return is accepted by Us, we’ll send You a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send Your package. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be shipped back to sender.
- Exceptions / non-returnable Products
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized Products) or products released as part of promotional offers on sale periods cannot be returned to us. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- We do not accept returns on sale Products or gift cards, promotional items, and combos.
We will notify you once We’ve received and inspected Your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on Your original payment method in a period of 1 to 4 weeks.
